Birthday Celebration

My first Challenge Card for Magnolia-licious Highlites for Birthday Celebration  for
Dianna's Birthday this month.

Tilda was colored with Copics
Frames are cut with Cricut Cart  Lacy Labels
Flowers are hand made using Spellbinders die
